Although the RHCP and their management don't have any official taping policy, they have never prohibited fans in the audience from recording their live shows on portable recorders or video cameras. In fact they encourage their fans to record shows and put the recordings on the internet(even at their official website's forum!) as long as people don't make profit by selling these...

- You WILL NOT sell anything you have downloaded from this site!

- You WILL NOT convert FLAC files to lossy formats such as mp3, wma, ogg etc. and trade them out. NEVER trade mp3s or convert them back to WAV/FLAC!

- You WILL NOT compress DVDs to lower quality formats, such as VCD, avi, mpeg and share them or convert them back to DVD.

- You WILL share too! Please read the Upload Recording page, we appreciate any RHCP live tunes being shared on this site.
